I configured a service but billing doesn't work?

First check if the service has been configured correctly. Take special note of the tariff: The service only works for the tariff it has been configured for.

Another thing worth checking is the response our gateway gives to your billing request. You can find all gateway responses in the DCB technical documentation under Billing
