Messaging analytics is divided into 2 sections, the export section and the analytics section.
Via our analytics solutions you can combine different messaging channels like SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, Twitter, Facebook Messenger, Apple Business Chat. More channels are made available for you continuously, since this landscape keeps changing.

Export: Export data in 31 day time frames.
Analytics: Get day-to-day, week-to-week or month-to-month overviews on your messaging traffic, delivery rate or conversion rate.
If you want to export data, you need to click on DATA EXPORT in the top-right corner and select a time frame within which you want to know the data. Your file is then downloaded as export_messages.csv
