CDR stands for ‘Call Detail Record’ and provides a complete, detailed overview of all the calls made over a certain period of time. A CDR typically includes the account name, A and B numbers, destination, call duration and timestamp. Optionally the cost per call can be shown.
CM provides a CDR on a monthly basis, together with the invoice. Optionally CM can provide CDRs on a bi-weekly or weekly basis. In the near future, customers will be able to generate and download CDRs by themselves through a platform app and/or API.
