Two Way Messaging can be configured in Poland with long codes or shared and dedicated short codes.
All operators in Poland support reliable handset delivery receipts for SMS.
Dynamic numeric senders are not allowed but not excluded by T-Mobile and Orange. Short codes are allowed in Poland.
It is not allowed to promote a premium service using free messages in Poland. There are content restrictions on operator spoofing and gambling content as well as abuse (spam, phishing, etc).
