How to use URLs in SMS Campaigns?

The 'Website' tag turns into a button when a URL is entered.

Select the section within the message body where you would like to place your URL. Click the 'Website' tag button to insert your URL in the message body.

Notice that, in your input text field, the merge tag { { link } } is now added. In your preview screen you will see the shortened URL.

After sending your campaign, you can review the analytics and see who has clicked the link and who didn't.

On the SMS Campaigns overview page, you can find a list of your concepts and sent campaigns. If you click on a sent campaign of which the message body included a URL, you can see the results.

In the results section, you can now see how many of your recipients have clicked the link. Click on a sent campaign where the body includes a URL.

To do a follow-up campaign, just click the three dots next to “Clicks”. Here, you can create a group, either “converted” or “unconverted”. Using these options, SMS Campaigns will add a new list in your Address Book of either those contacts who clicked on your link (converted) or those who didn’t (unconverted). Now you can start a new campaign targeting either your converted or unconverted recipients from your last campaign.
