How to change the name on a personalized ticket

Personalized tickets is an option that allows event organizers to allow one ticket buyer to buy multiple tickets, but needs to fill in visitor details for all bought tickets. By doing this event organizers have information of all visitors. Ticket personalization is only activated per agreement. When your event has activated personalized tickets, the ticket buyer has to pass all visitors details for every bought ticket. As long as the ticket personalization is not completed, the ticket buyer can change the visitors details. As soon as the personalization is completed and the ticket buyer received the ticket(s), the name on the ticket(s) can be changed by CM Ticket Transfer. Costs per ticket apply for this service.
