Add a ticket template

You can easily add and connect your own ticket templates on the Ticketflow Dashboard. Down below you will find a step-by-step manual on how to upload and link those templates:

  1. Open the tab 'Layout' and select the event you want to add the template to. Add a ticket template | CM Help Center

  2. Add a new template by clicking the + icon. Fill in the name of the template and select or drag the file in the marked field. Add a ticket template | CM Help Center

  3. Select what information you want to show on the ticket template and click the ‘Save’ button. Add a ticket template | CM Help Center

  4. Open the tab 'Event Settings' and then open the tab ‘Tickets’. Add a ticket template | CM Help Center

  5. Click the ‘Edit ticket type’ icon next to the tickets you want to connect the template to. Add a ticket template | CM Help Center

  6. Select the template you want to connect to the ticket in the drop-down menu under ‘Ticket Template’ and click the ‘Save’ button. Add a ticket template | CM Help Center

You have now successfully added your own ticket template and connected them to the correct ticket types!
